Free Shuttle Bus Service from Central Secretariat to Amrit Udyan for Visitors
The garden is open to the public from February 2 to March 31, 2025, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, except on Mondays (closed for maintenance).

In a move to enhance convenience for visitors, a shuttle bus service has been launched from Central Secretariat Metro Station (Gate No. 4) to Rashtrapati Bhavan’s Gate No. 35, providing easy access to Amrit Udyan. The service operates from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at 30-minute intervals.

Nature and heritage lovers can visit Amrit Udyan (formerly Mughal Gardens) from February 2 to March 31, 2025, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, except on Mondays, which are reserved for maintenance.
Special Entry on Selected Dates
Amrit Udyan will have exclusive visiting days for special categories:
- February 22: For differently-abled individuals
- February 23: For personnel from the Armed Forces, Paramilitary, and Police Forces
- March 1: For women and tribal women Self-Help Groups (SHGs)
- March 5: For children from orphanages
President Droupadi Murmu flagged off the free shuttle service on Wednesday to ensure smooth and hassle-free transportation for visitors.
With this initiative, tourists can now enjoy a seamless experience visiting one of Delhi’s most beautiful and historic gardens.
